In partnership with the 14th Missouri Chamber Music Festival, enjoy live performances that explore the beauty of the everyday and innovative modes of expression, including Caroline Shaw’s “Thousandth Orange” (2022) and Arnold Schoenberg’s “Pierrot Lunaire,” op. 21 (1912), as well as the world premiere of Florent Ghys’s “Experiments in Augmented Reality” (2024), a commissioned multimedia work that will be performed by the Calyx Piano Trio.
