Faculty Lunch and Learn: The Teaching Gallery

January 31, 2019
Kemper Art Museum Study Room (Kemper 104)

Washington University faculty are invited to a light lunch and information session about the Museum’s Teaching Gallery, an exhibition space dedicated to displaying works from the collection with direct connections to WashU courses. The gallery serves as a parallel classroom, offering opportunities for object-based inquiry and experiential learning.

Proposals for the fall 2019 Teaching Gallery exhibition are now being accepted. In this informative Q&A, Kim Broker, associate registrar; Allison Taylor, head of education and outreach; and Allison Unruh, associate curator, will provide an overview of the program and answer questions about faculty-curated exhibition proposals.

The session, including a light lunch, is free, but registration is required. Contact Rochelle Caruthers, University academic programs coordinator, at to register.
