COVID-19 Update

Museum Closed until Further Notice

The following information is current as of Friday, March 16, 2020:

As we continue to evaluate how best to ensure the safety of our visitors and staff in response to COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to close the Kemper Art Museum to the public. Due to the rapidly changing nature of the situation, we have not determined a reopening date, but we will be sure to share updates as soon as they become available. If you do not already receive our e-news, you may sign up for it here >>

We will do everything we can to stay engaged with you virtually. If you don’t already, follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for additional updates and content. We hope to continue to connect as a community centered around art and education online, even if we can’t do it in person.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support during these challenging times. We look forward to welcoming you back to the Museum soon!

Program Cancelation and Postponement

We regretfully announce that all public and member programs through April 30, 2020 have been canceled or postponed. We will provide updates as they become available about the events we are able to reschedule, and we are continuing to evaluate the status for events scheduled to take place after April 30.
